Freddy Hirsch Hunters biltong spice 1kg.
40g – 50g spice per kilogram of meat.
Mix / tumble spice meat and any additional ingredients together and leave overnight to marinate.
Mix / tumble again and hang to dry.
Ingredients :Coriander,salt,sucrose,black pepper,flavoring (irradiated ingredients)
